Jaguar golf's Paine, Jacobs join The Sports Squad to discuss their SLC title

Bell Ringer Sports Editor Carlos Rodriguez interviews AU men's golf coach Steven Paine and Jaguar freshman standout Stefan Jacobs on this edition of The Sports Squad. Paine led AU to its first Southland Conference championship in his first year as Jaguar coach, while Jacobs took home the individual conference crown. The Jaguars will find out which NCAA Division I regional they will be playing in this Wednesday (May 30). Sites include Auburn (Ala.), Salem, S.C., East Lansing, Mich., Las Vegas, Morgan Hill, Calif. and Norman, Okla. AU advanced to the regionals for the 23rd time in school history. The regionals will begin May 15. Also joining Rodriguez on TSS is AU Communication Professor Dr. David W. Bulla. The podcast is taped in the TVC Lab on the Summerville Campus of AU, and the producer is Dr. Timothy Williams. Dr. Bulla is the coordinating producer.
