Woman assaulted at the AUMC Emergency Room on Aug. 18.

By Madison Brown |Editor in ChiefA woman who was accompanying her friend to the Augusta University Medical Center Emergency Room on Saturday, Aug. 18 was sexually assaulted after walking to the car of a man she met in the ER, according to an alert sent out by CEPAR. The victim reported that after arriving at the man’s car, he exposed himself to her and forced her to perform oral sex on him. The victim was then able to escape and run back to the ER where she notified Augusta University police.The subject is described as a black male that is slim and around 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall. He has black, low cut hair, brown eyes and a facial burn near his mouth. He was last seen wearing dark colored pants, a black shirt, and black and red shoes.If anyone has seen this man or has any information about the incident, you are asked to please call Augusta University police at 706-721-2911.
