The Sports Squad: Special guest Zach Tinkham talks AU hoops

Keel is joined by special guest Zach Tinkham, assistant men’s basketball coach at Augusta University; Joshua Picklesimer, Bell Ringer sports writer, and Professor David Bulla. The Squad discusses Jaguar basketball, focusing on the showdown between AU and Young Harris in a battle of top-20 Division II teams; the Georgia Bulldogs’ attempt to repeat as football National Champion as they play TCU on Monday in the College Football Playoff final; NCAA Division I basketball, in which there now are no undefeated teams left on the men’s side, and South Carolina is ranked No. 1 on the women’s side for the 28th straight week; Damar Hamlin, the Buffalo Bills’ defensive back who suffered a heart attack during the Bills’ game at Cincinnati on Monday night; the Atlanta Hawks, who recently halted a four-game losing streak with a win at Sacramento; and homage to Pele, the great Brazilian soccer player who died last week.
