Midterms are over. Registration is done. It is time to relax. If you are still suffering from the jitters that come around at this point in the semester, here are a few tips to help you get back to normal.

1. Meditation: Meditation can help slow your heart rate and calm any anxieties. If you are new to meditating, there are many beginner-friendly videos online to help.

2. Finding a hobby: Finding a hobby can help you take your mind off of the stress of midterms and distract you from your worries. It can also be a good way to channel your frustrations in a creative way.

3. Self-care: Take some time for yourself. Have a warm bath, give yourself a facial, or treat yourself to a night out. Pampering yourself can help you feel appreciated and relaxed. This is a perfect way to unwind after a long week of studying and struggling to find classes.

4. Affirmations: Begin your day with a positive mantra or affirmation to fill your mind with serenity and happy thoughts. You can also print these out or write them on sticky notes to hang up around you as constant reminders to be positive.
