Augusta University’s Career Services Department is hosting its annual Jaguar Job Fair at Christenberry Fieldhouse from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 21.
Nearly 100 employers from a wide range of industries are expected to attend and will be hiring Augusta students for full- and part-time positions.
“The Jaguar Job Fair is a campuswide event targeting all students who are looking for internships, co-ops, full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions,” said Sharn Vericella, assistant director of Career Services.
Students interested in attending must register for the event via the Handshake website, which is linked on the Career Services page of augusta.edu.
They can also view the list of employers, read company profiles, and see available positions through the AU Career Services page.
“I always like to tell students three things to remember,” Vericella said. “First, make a top-five to top-10 list of employers you want to target. Second, research those employers and bring one résumé for each one you plan to visit. Third, dress for success!”
