ADPI Princesses and Pis

Alpha Delta Pi, a Greek organization at Augusta University, hosted a magical event raising money for their philanthropy, Ronald McDonald House Charities. This event, Princesses and Pis, combined royal fun for children while raising money for a charitable cause. The event not only celebrated the sisterhood’s love for all things fairytale, but also raised an exceptional amount of over $9,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
This event, held in the Ballroom of the JSAC, was brought to life with Disney themed decorations and costumes to create a magical setting for the children ADPI invited.
“We wanted to provide an amazing and unique experience for the children while also making a meaningful impact on our community,” said Addisen Coker, the Philanthropy Chair of ADPI.
The highlight for all involved was the princesses dancing and singing Disney songs with the children. Laughter and joy filled the room as our princesses made the little children’s dreams come true.
Singing and dancing were not the only magical activities; there was a bouncy house, a cookie-making station, a hair styling station, a face painting station, a nail station, a coloring station, and many desserts.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities. This nonprofit organization offers families with children who require medical treatment support, and a place to stay.
The Princesess and Pis party was about raising money for a good cause and providing a fun and joyful event for all who could attend.
